Join SV Chat

Make right click on visitor in Website Monitor on visitor's row in visitor's grid. It will bring up popup menu.

Click on Join SV to join chat as supervisor. (Your operator must have permissions to join chat as supervisor). When you join chat as supervisor visitor does not see that you joined chat and visitor does not see your messages. These messages are shown to operator who joined chat. Your Chat Text Box has yellow background when you join chat as supervisor.

You can change that by clicking + button and unchecking "Send to operators only" checkbox. It will change background of Chat Text Box from yellow to white.
