Join Chat

You must join chat to chat with visitor. You join chat when you accept Chat Request Popup from visitor, Chat Invitation Popup from operator, or you can join your self with request from 3rd party.

Make right click on visitor in Website Monitor on visitor's row in visitor's grid. It will bring up popup menu.

Click on Join to join chat. You will join chat, you will see chat transcripts and would be able to chat with visitor.

By default when you use Join to join chat your messages would be visible to website visitor.

You can change that by clicking + button and selecting "Send to operators only" checkbox. It will change background of Chat Text Box to yellow.
