Make right click on visitor in Website Monitor on visitor's row in visitor's grid. It will bring up popup menu.

• Kill Bill

Last 3 items are Live Engage v2 ads. They are not available when you start using the service. You have to create Live Engage v2 ads your self. You can create any ads.

When you will click one of Live Engage menu item it will show chat invitation popup to visitor.

You can use any images and HTML code with Live Engage v2 so ads may fit your site look and feel.
