Console:Website Monitor

Website Monitor is essential part of LiveChatNow operator's console. It shows visitors' actions on the website to operator.

Filter

Operator is able to filter visitors by certain criteria. (My Chats, Queue, All Chats, Website Visitors, All, Disconnected)

Default filter is All. It will show all active visitors on the website.

My Chats will show operator's chat only.

Queue will show chat with no operators that wait operator's response.

All Chats will show all chats on the website

Website Visitors will show visitors on the website no active chats in current moment

Disconnected will enable expired sessions. After visitor left website his/her session is kept for arround 5-10 minutes.

Visitor Grid

Visitor Grid has list of visitor currently browsing website.

It has following real-time information about website visitor:-

  • ID - session ID
  • Status - session status icon
  • Time - time spent on the website by website visitor
  • Country - visitor's country detected from visitor's IP
  • Region - visitor's region detected from visitor's IP
  • City - visitor's city detected from visitor's IP
  • Postal - visitor's Postal code (ZIP in US) detected from visitor's IP
  • Name - visitor name enter by visitor on Enter Chat page.
  • Email - visitor email enter by visitor on Enter Chat page.
  • User ID - a hidden field passed from your website in chat window or website monitoring code.
  • IP - visitor's IP
  • Host - visitor's Host
  • Operators - list of operators that joins that chat
  • URL - current visitor's URL on your website
  • Keywords - keywords entered by visitor on search engine to join your chat
  • Refer - referring URL is page that lead visitor to your website
  • Agent - Agent name is browser name that many contain information about visitor's browser and OS
  • Group - visitor's Group
