Console:Shortcuts

LiveChatNow console has shortcut that may significantly improve operator's performance. Shortcuts duplicate items in main menu. So you can look in menu to find shortcut that you have forgot.

Here are the most important shortcuts:-

  • ALT + F2 - focus on Chat Text Box. You can press ALT + F2 and start typing without clicking with mouse on Chat Text Box
  • F2 - shows/hide Info Pane on Chat tab
  • F5 and F6 - switch you between your chats
  • ALT + UP and ALT + DOWN - switch between visitors in website monitor
  • F3 - shows/hides Operators List
  • F4 - shows/hides Preset Library
