Console:Search (tab)

Search tab contains previous chats done by this visitor and note attached to this visitor by other operators that chatted with that visitor before

Search tag has following controls:-

  • Search Button - operator has to click Search button to start to search for Notes and Old Chats
  • Notes tab - contains a list of previous stored notes by other operators
  • Old Chats tab - contains a list of chats done that visitor before 
Visitor tracing is based on cookies.
