Preset Library is collection of your presets (canned responses).

It is shown when you click Tools menu -> Connection Settings

Preset Library has following look.

You can group presets by categories and sub categories. e.g. Invitations, Pricing, etc

Left panel contains list of presets.

There are following controls on the right from presets list panel:-

• Send button is used to send preset to visitor
• Other menu contains Import/Export options
• Preview Text Box shows how preset will look to visitor
• Title short preset title
• Keywords presets keywords used for Auto Answer
• Preset's code full presets code

Add new preset

Make right click on left panel to bring up menu and click Add Node

It will bring up Add Preset dialog.

Edit preset

Make right click on preset in left panel and select Edit Node. It will bring up Edit Node dialog.

Preset Parameters

There are parameters that you can insert into presets. Parameters would be automatically replaced when you will send it to visitor.

{$Name} - full visitor's name {$First} - visitor's first name {$Last} - visitor's last name

LiveChatNow attempts to intelligently split name into first and last name. 
e.g. It understands Mr prefix.

Preset Types

There are 4 preset types:

• Text - regular text presets
• Image - image preset
• URL - url preset
• HTML - HTML preset

Keywords

Keywords are used by Auto Answer
