Console:Chat (tab)

Chat tab is used to chat with website visitors

Chat tab has following controls.

Chat Transcript - It contain complete chat transcripts. Visitors messages are in green color, operators messages are in blue and yellow. If operators' messages are sent to operators only and not visible to visitors then they are in yellow color, regular operators' messages are in blue color, system messages are black

Chat Text Box - is place where operator type messages to visitor. operator have to press enter key or Send button

Send Button - send button is used to send message to visitor. Enter key may also be used to send message

- Push Page - is used to direct visitor's browser to certain page. You have to enter page's url in Chat Text Box
- Push Image - is used to show image directly in chat window. You have to enter image's URL in Chat Text Box
- Send to operators only - your messages would be shown to other operators in this chat only. Chat Text Box has yellow background when this check box is selected otherwise it is white.
- English - enables English live spelling
- French - enables French live spelling
