Console:Browser (tab)

Browser tab contains built in browser. It is used for SuperVisor CP and Form Sharing

We have discontinued support for Form Sharing. 
It is done as we can not support AJAX sites and forms that become more and more popular.

Browser tab has following controls navigation toolbar and browser pane.

Navigation toolbar has following buttons:- back, forward, reload, stop, Form Sharing button, push page button.

First 4 button's are same buttons that you can find in regular webbrowser

Form Sharing button has menu with two option:- Basic and Form Sharing

Basic (Follow Me) If you enable that option then visitor's browser (that opened chat window) will follow pages that you will open in built in browser.

Form Sharing - this feature connects your browser with visitor's browser. Visitor has to click link in chat window to open new window that would be connected with built in browser. Visitor's browser will follow your actions in built in browser and your built in browser will follow visitor actions. It includes form sharing. But it if you or visitor will submit form then connected browser won't submit form too. (We have discontinued form sharing support as we can't support ajax forms)
