Administration:Setup Live Engage Rules

Auto Engage is based on Live Engage Rules. Rules are grouped in Rules Sets. You can apply Rule Set when you create Live Chat button.

So you can have different Rules on different pages.

Currently you create follow rules:-

  • Fire Live Engage on First, Second, Third or any page.
  • Fire Live Engage when visitor typed certain search keywords to find your site
