Auto Engage is system that shows Live Engage v2 Ads to website visitors according to rules. Site administrator may create one or more Rule Set and assign it to Live Chat button created on Add Live Chat Button - Advanced page

Rule Set is collection of rules.

When visitor fits one or more rules and there is at least one operator with Free For Chat status then Live Engage v2 Ad is shown to visitor engaging him/her to chat with operator.
