Admin area:Live Engage Rules (proactive menu)

Live Engage Rules and Live Engage Rule Sets are used by Auto Engage

Click Proactive menu - Live Engage Rules to enter the page

Proactive - Live Engage Rules page looks as follows

This page contain list of Rule Set.

Each Rule Set is collection of Rules.

You can assign Rule Set to Live Chat button.

When visitor's state fits one of Rules in Live Chat button's Rule Set then Live Engage popup is shown to visitor.

Click Add Rule Set link to create new Rule Set.

Type Rule Set name and submit form. e.g. "My Rule Set"

You would be redirected to Rule Set page after submitting form.

Click Add Rule link to add new Rule to Rule Set.

After adding Rule to Rule Set you can use that Rule to create Live Chat button with Rule Set.
