Admin area:Groups (account menu)

Each chat is assigned to one of Groups. Each operator is assigned to one or more groups. Operator is able to chat with visitors from group he/she is assigned to. Operator is able to change chat group

Click Account menu - Groups to enter the page

Groups page looks as follows

It contains list of available groups.

You are allowed to add new groups and delete existing groups.
