Click Account menu - Customize to enter the page

Customize page looks as follows

Custom Skins page contains list of custom skins.

You can create new custom skins by going to Skins and clicking [copy to custom skins]

It will use premade skin as base for custom skin.

You can edit skins HTML code, Customize look and feel, and change any text in chat window

You can apply Custom Skin to new Live Chat button on Add Live Chat Button -> Advanced page.
