Click Add Live Chat Button menu - Advanced to enter the page

Add Live Chat Button menu - Advanced page looks as follows

You may customize your button in following ways:-

  • Select Chat button from the list of premade buttons.
  • Enter URL to your own custom images for the button
  • Select button's group
  • Select Custom Skin for the chat window
  • Replace standard forms with Custom Surveys
  • Enable Auto Engage by setting one of Rule Sets

Chat request sent by clicking this button would be sent to one of operators from the button's group with Free For Chat status.
