Add Live Engage page looks as follows

Each Live Engage v2 Ad has name. Live Engage v2 ads are listed in visitor's popup in Website Monitor

You can use any text to name your Live Engage v2 Ads

There are 2 types of Live Engage v2 Ads

  • Image Ads
  • HTML Ads

IF you select Image Ads then you have to upload 2 images. First is big Image used for the ad and image of cross shown in the right-top corner of the ad. Visitor will click cross image to close ad. If visitor will click Ad then chat window will popup.

HTML Ads are more complex and more flexible solution. You can build your own ads using HTML code and JavaScript.
