Click Account menu - Main to enter the page

Account Main page looks as follows

You can edit [edit account's info] to edit account's info.

Click [change account's password] to change main account's password.

Click [change account's protocol] to change account's protocol.

Console v3 requires One-on-One protocol and Console v4 requires Multi-Operators protocol. One-on-one protocol is kept for compatibility purpose. Most users should select Multi-Operator protocol.

Operator' Login Details contains list of operators login details. You can create and manage operator login detains on Operators page
